Chanting mantras while practicing asanas increases focus and clarity of mind, helps lengthening the breath and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. It also enhances the meditative aspect of the practice and leaves us in a very relaxed and positive state, on all levels.
In this series of workshops, we will gradually learn and practice with new mantras, but also experience different ways of placing the chants in the practice.
Open to everyone with a comfortable yoga asana practice.
